update template

My website is http://www.solo - single . com
My university template version is 3.19 and I would update to 3.20

I downloaded gk_university_J!3.zip and tried to upload it by Extension-->Manager
but it says "I cannot open the file"
I tried to open the zip file on my pc and it says the same thing. The size downloaded is 333 bytes. I downloaded it twice, but the size is always that and it is different from the size you declared on
