Top Menu and Logo visible again by scrolling up

Hello,
is it possible to implement in this theme University the menu system like it is done by eg Technews?
When you scroll up the menu and logo becomes visible (drops down). This is a handy feature for visitors.

If it is possible, can someone tell me how it can be done? My client loves this theme but also that feature :-)

I’m afraid that modifications such as this require extensive changes to the theme’s code; I do apologize but such large changes are custom work that are beyond the scope of our technical support.
