[SOLVED] Can't find advanced search

According to Jomsocial forum the advanced search should be enabled visible in two locations by default (http://documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Search_Friends).

I can't find it in either location in the University demo quickstart install I did, could you tell me how to get it back?
