Module in mainbody po. on home page problem

Hi, I have a problem with module located on mainbody position on home page. there is no pading on top. Browsers do not reading the css code from template.css file but code is in the file.

I am rebuilding site from joomla 2.5.x (fashion theme) to latest joomla with university theme
site is http://www.metaja.si but working URL with problem is http://www.metaja.si/metnew2/
Please advice for solution.

This page doesn't have frontpage page suffix.

No, thanks. Regarding this problem is solved, but to the end of the upgrading proces I will need somo more intervention, as I didn't use quickstart, but clean installation of joomla and theme to achive nice looking theme structure.
I will open new topics regarding my other questions to keep this topic clean for other users.
But to help other with same problem this is what you need to do:

1.) Go to your Joomla back office installation
2.) Find your Home menu ID and write it down for later or remember it:
3.) Klick on Extensions in top menu
4.) Klick on Template Manager and chose your default theme..( in my case :gk_university - Default)
5.) Navigate to Features tab and scroll to the bottom.
6.) Finde "Suffixes for pages" setings and enter Item ID and suffix (fronpage- in my case) and click on "Add rule" button
7.) Then save and refresh your home page in the browser or better use CTRL + F5
