The news in the home page are only showing 3 articles, but i need it to display all the articles that i have under the "noticias" category.

I need to configure the k2 to display 3 news per page, the arrow to change pages in a way that the layout doesnt get out of place.

Hi

This module style was designed to use article layout for big article and links layout for small presentation, because of that paging is not accessible. You will need to use a different module style to be able to use it. Sorry.

How did you manage to get the 'read more' on 'NEWS' in portuguese ? I'd like to have it in French...

Hi

In module's language file en-GB.mod_news_pro_gk5.ini You can translate the Read More to a different language.

I went to httpdocs/website.com/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_news_pro_gk5.ini and replaced every read more string, but still read more is showed. What is going wrong?

I've just tried it in my copy of university quickstart and making a change to file en-GB.mod_news_pro_gk5.ini line 27

MOD_NEWS_PRO_GK5_NSP_READMORE="Read more"

works. You can also try to use joomla override function in language settings by adding new sentence for MOD_NEWS_PRO_GK5_NSP_READMORE key word.

Do You have some kind of cache enabled in joomla or server ? I could not translate it as well, so I removed all files for this module and guess what, module was still visible. I think files are being loaded from a different place than website. At least some of them.

Just had an idea to look into htaccess file. You have expires on most of file types there. This is why I think file with translations is not refreshing. Try use an override language option and add translation manually for "MOD_NEWS_PRO_GK5_NSP_READMORE"

Thanks fot the update. I'm not sure how i can do this. Can you point further in the right direction.

At this moment i'm thinking of the language override option in the backend, but this has been tried and didn't succeed. So i'm not sure what it is i should do?

Hi

I think Your issue is cache. Because of the expires for the files set in htaccess changes You make are not visible. So You have to either disable cache or wait for it to expire.

I've emptied my cache and still read more is visible. I can't find out why this small line doesn't translate.

Than I have no idea. I've tried the exact thing I've adviced You to do and it worked on my copy of website.

But there is one thing which is probably the issue here. There is an override to this too. In module settings in text section. If You have it set it will not react on translation xml files. It's empty ad default, so I dod not thought about it earlier.
