Tried to update my application and....kaboom!

Generally, when I apply an update to a template, I don't lose my custom overrides, but when trying to update University to 3.18, I was suddenly looking at a scrambled page. This hasn't happened to me before so I wonder if something in your update package has been misconfigured.

recover site from backup,
check which files has been overridden by us in this update
and then update file on by one, checking which one made a "kaboom" on your site, easy.
Manually update is boring, but it prevent such a crash situations.

I did recover from backup and I am just going to leave it alone.

Try to update only
- css/jomsocial.css
- css/joomla.css
- css/template.css

in theory it should be safe.
