How to modify header_right module position dimension

Hello !
I'd like to know how to modify the dimension of header_right module position.
As mine - coming over header_bg - is so large and right in the middle not on the right at all as it should be !

How to make it look like the demo template (the black modules 'study with us'/ 'Press & Media') nicely sticked on the right side?
