External URL not opening

Hello all!

I'm trying to link an extrernal url to a menu item but it won't open when I try to open it.

Joomla 3.4.1
Template University, latest version.

The desired link for the menu item is: http://poulos-shop.afoipoulou.gr/Search ... age=page-1
Could it be the ?=#=- symbols it contains?
And if yes, how can I bypass that because I cannot change the extrernal link's url.

Probably it is a bug in our javascript but I need to take a look at it first.

I tried another thing and it worked.

Instead of giving the full url: http://poulos-shop.afoipoulou.gr/Search3.aspx?vtype=2#page=page-1
I just typed: http://poulos-shop.afoipoulou.gr

and it works!

Apparently the Search3.aspx?vtype=2#page=page-1 part of the url was causing the problem.
