Mobile menu

Hello,
I've created my site using the quickstart package for joomla 3.
I would like to know if I can create a mobile menu and add menu items inside it.
Since I created the site, the mobile menu was not created infact on admin, and if I view the site with my smartphone it doesn't show any menu items.
Can you help me?

I have just installed J3.x University quickstart and mobile menu is working correctly. There is no additional mobile menu present in menu list - template uses same menu as on the desktop (main menu) just rendered differently.
