Translate "my account"

Hello,
I would like to translate the text "My account" which appears after logging in, in the main menu, as well as the "Your account" text and the small four others (see my screenshot for reference).
Is there a way to do it?

Hi, thank you, I managed to translate in that way "My account" and "Your account".

However, I can't find still in the language file how to translate or edit the four links which appear in the user popup box: Your profile / Edit profile / Create an article / Submit a weblink.
