No events display

Hi,

If there are no upcoming events, is it possible to put a text saying so in the News Show Pro module in the header_left position?

I just see an empty box, and the text on the left-hand side doesn't show completely.

That would require some module redesign. I'll post that as an improvement idea to our devteam and let you know about the answer.

Good news - this option will be available in 1.8.3 which will be next available update

When will the update be available? And what would I need to do to show this message/text?

The message is added to translation keys and simply shows when there are no events.
Update should be released in next few days, but no eta decision was made yet.
