Add a line of text (html module) above the main menu?

How would I go about adding a line of text above the main menu on this template? I've tried all of the possible positions, and the closest is using the HeaderBG one, but that messes up the content pages.

I'd like it in the red area shown below

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's a type of custom job that we don't supply.
I can only point you into right direction.
You could create a separate module position and then rearrange elements with use of css.
