Hello, I upgraded to Joomla 3.4 and later I found that the change in display module template university changed the layout. That's how you have now (see attached file) What happened? As you can return everything as before?

Sorry for the ignorance but how to proceed to update the template University to version 3.4 of Joomla? I have to download some files? Where Is That? In the administration of the site I can not reported any updates of University. Sorry.
I went to change the style of the template and I see written: Version 06.03.2015 3:16 dates and downloads. But when I select "download" opens a page of your site where I can not find new files for the update. thanks again

You need to download template for Joomla 3.x and replace original template files with ftp. Please backup the old template first.

Yes, but which file ??? gk_university_rest_files_J! 3.zip? Or gk_university_quickstart_J! 3.zip? or gk_university_J! 3.zip? Sorry but the operation is delicate and would not want to lose all the work done so far. When you say that you back up the old model going to do up the entire site? Sorry but I am not an expert like most of the people working as an error and you'll pay dearly. I want to be 100% sure on what to do. Thanks

1. Please backup files and database
2. Download gk_university_J! 3.zip file and unzip it locally
3. Replace template folder in /templates
4. Fingers crossed :)

everything went well in the sense that the site is in one piece, but the problem remained as in the picture I posted above. If I go to change the module from the front end is gone form layout as before:-(I attach two pictures of the situation.

I think there is some huge problems with your Joomla itself. Currently frontpage gives me:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Please contact your hosting company support for more info (from error.log) on cause of that problem.

I would also suggest to try to bring back everything from backup (hope you have it) and do the update process on your local environment.
