Background on of parallax

Pleas help as I wanted to have a background on top of parallax. How is it possible for me to from 1 to 2 (image as attached)

if we talk about this image: women/templates/gk_university/images/parallax_bg.jpg

you can in graphic tool mix two images into one. so when you will scroll at the bottom you will see part of second one.

parallax_bg is ok. From the attachment, the middle image is random image (kubic rubik RIE extension). I want to have a background image behind the random image. Is it using css?

Probably all elements uses CSS,
but I'm not sure if I can image about what element you're talking.
