Header Major Layout Problems

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to have a nice layout for the smaller resolution devices and I am not able to do it.

There is problems with the HeaderRight, the Custom Video Module and the HeaderLeft.

They just don't react well at resolution under 1040px width.

-The CustomVideo Module box disapears, if that is not the case, the ratio is not right.
-The #gkHeaderRight .box Drops, when putting margin at the bottom, the search bar over it will remains separated from it (padding?)
-The HeaderLeft has a problem at 640px.

In all I really need somebody to look have a look because I am running out of clue here.

This look is a result of all the changes we've done to header part during past requests and it's strictly connected with some unfinished tasks, so lets finish with them first.
