Pop-Up Login Overlay flashing upon page load

I am having an issue with a black (or whatever color i set the popup overlay to) blinking/flashing upon load in all browsers.

It's a highly customized site, but I did notice this early on in the customization. This is v1.1 of a production site i launched for a client last month, so this site isn't live, but i am overwriting the current site at some point this week, so i'd love to fix the strange flash.

Click the "My Account" button to bring up the login form.

Sorry- should have been more specific! It happens during the page load. Before the slider even loads the first image.

You'll see a dark flash. The screen goes to:

background: #151515;
opacity: 0.90!important;

for about half a second.

You'll need to keep an eye out for it as it's only for about half a second right on page load. it does it on all pages, logged in or not.

Hey- v1.1 of this site went live today with these updates (we had to address some issues from last months initial launch).

I really need to get this issue solved.

Yes, I know the homepage is throwing console errors for SSL. It's that stupid music widget. If it were up to me it wouldn't be on the site at all.

I cannot tell which popup (there are 2) is producing that, but I can say it's not because of the template. Please send me an access to ftp so I'll try to disable one than other to see what can be done.
