New installation template University on second database

Hello. I just purchased your Template University and installed without problems the quickstart. I specify that I have on my hosting multiple databases and on one of these I had already made a site with joomla 3.3. The new site with University was installed on the second database, and when I browse the menu, I open any page, brings me back to the home of the other site installed on the first database. What could be the problem? I need to make any corrections? Thanks for your attention.

Not very good and are not an expert, but I realized that the problem was in some setting joomla 3.3, other than that my manager Hosting has established for proper operation of the sub directory. I simply studied the differences between the contents of the files "configuration.php" and htaccess provided by your "quickstart" and those set by my supplier Hosting. So I made the changes in the files provided in the quickstart and everything went fine. I hope I have been clear.
