Add module position

Hello,

I would like to add a module position for the template University, following this documentation from you :

I usually managed to add module positions with other templates, but with this one (University), I don't find the gk.const.php file located in /lib/framework so I'm stuck.

What's the right process or documentation for this specific template please ?
