Hi

Looks like mobile menu was not created at all. Please tell me if You have modified any files and try update template to the latest version. If this will not help I will require an access to joomla panel and ftp.

I don't understand. How do i create mobile menu. Yes i have made changes but most to css files. I thought the template is responsive. I am not for updating the template because that means loosing all the changes i have made on the template. Surely there's another way to go about it

Hi

That's the problem. Mobile menu should create on it's own and if it's not than I suspect it can be because of the changes You've done to template. Please keep the template in a state You have after modifications as a backup, than overwrite the files with clean template just to check if menu will show. If not than I will need an access to FTP.

Hi

Please send me an access to FTP. There is something wrong with this installation. I can see that a default template has been renamed, but whatever I choose a different menu than it makes no difference at all. I can also see a bug which was fixed already, so I know that template is not updated.

As you can see in the back end, there are two templates. One has been renamed which is actually the template the website is running on. The other template which has the default name was updated. You can change the default template and you will realize what i am saying. i have sent you the ftp credentials via PM

Hi

Unfortunately the access to ftp You've send me is not working:

530 Login authentication failed. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.

but I've tried to switch between templates and menu is not showing on both, but on the renamed one there is no this menu constructed at all and on the original one menu is in code, but is not showing because of other jQuery error. Please send me a correct ftp access.

I am afraid but that is the correct FTP login credentials. Please use the site manager if you're using filezilla and make sure encryption is set to only use plain text

Hi

I'm sorry, but I'm still not able to login and I've already tried 3 different ftp clients and I need it to figure out what is the problem. Please create a new ftp access for me so I'll try again.
