How did I do this?

Put a grey background image at the top of this page - and others, but can't for the life of me remember how I done it - and now I want to change it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I suggest less champagne next time
I guess it was this:

p.s.
Extra tips:
1) Disable Color chooser from footer (template settings), your site is not a demo to still have it.
2) Change hover color for menu items, current blue have weak contrast with the background
3) In Main Menu, News section is my opinion is more important than About - so maybe change order.
4) Bottom modules are not equal. For example "Information" is higher than rest.
