modify from frontend

I can not see in this template the icon for modify articles from frontend . how can I get it out ?

Hi,
check settings in Article Manager, showing icons must be on, and sometimes one of icons like print. Try both solutions.

print icon must be active to see modify icon... it's a template problem? Can I solve in any way?

About this, I'm not right person to say this is feature or issue.
But one thing I'm sure, it can be fixed inside article code view.
This file:

find: <li class="itemPrintEmail">

there you can edit
