So you can have collection of different logos colors inside Custom HTML modules and publish them depending which one you need.
It your website have 20 pages ok, but if more sub-pages this may be stressful to remember about this element each time.
So for you okey, but client must remember about it each time when he will add new article inside menu.

second idea, to customize logo section to add simple php code which will use different logo image according to menu item ID.
