problem during installation

I'm having problems with the installation of gk_university_quickstart_J30.
I get this error:
Notice: Undefined index: sample_file in /membri/learningcities/installation/view/install/html.php on line 63
Installing ...
and the installation stops while creating the database tables.

How can I solve?

Hi

Please disable showing errors in php.ini. Installator stops only to show this message not because of the errors at all.

I'm testing the site on free server and it seems that no one will give me the opportunity to edit the php.ini file ...
