Problem with Quickstart - no administrator acces

Hello,

I've installed the Quickstart package of the University template. Installation went normal and the site is also visible. But when i go to url/administrator the page is blank.

What's wrong and how can i fix this?

if you're advanced Joomla user, you can edit configuration.php and change error showing from default to maximum - and check what error messages you will see at the back-end screen

I've did what you said and the following error is showing when i get on the back-end page:

Fatal error: Class 'JAdministratorHelper' not found in /home/dobper1q/public_html/libraries/cms/application/administrator.php on line 64

Only this error is displayed. The rest of the page is still blank. You have an idea how i can fix this?

Hmm I saw this error first time in my life.
Google result are also weak.

You can try to do 2 things:
a) Download Joomla 3.3.6 package from joomla.org
b) Copy/Replace whole /libraries/ and /administrator folders from it into server

AND if not help
In subfolder try to install a new Joomla 3.3.6 (no QS) just empty one, to check if it will work.
I'm curious if you will be able or not.

p.s.
GoDaddy server ? Or what kind of/what name ?
