Campus Life - not using jomsocial

hi, i don't have any plans to purchase jomsocial as using EasySocial. What's the alternative options to display images for campus life on front page?

Can I use images on K2 and only show 1 row of 4 images like on the demo? Can you advise on the settings?

you have to find module which allows you to show images from your current component, there are always alternatives.
For K2 - you can use for example, NSP GK5 or any other. Full freedom.

Hi, I tried NSP GK5, and was able to display images only, but it looks nothing like that demo.

Also, in the section where it says "N°1 AMERICAN UNIVERSITY" in the demo, the title is flushed right against the section above, so that the font, and spacing is off. By chance do you have a demo using J3+? Could this be the difference?

Yes, because this style was created only for JomSocial
But if you want to use K2 instead ... NSP may not be good, if you don't have CSS skills to add this style manually.
Where is the main problem for you adding image side by side or/and adding description effect after hover?
