I can't install University template for Joomla 3

I have some problems to install the University template for Joomla 3.

I can install right the main folder, but when I try to install the other folders (quickstart and restfiles) I can't do it. I attach a document where you can see my problem. I have Joomla 3.3.6, but I had the same problem with the previous version.
Now, I can use some facilities of this template, but it doesn't work fine. For example, the main page has a horrible aspect, I can't see the menu, the background has no color, etc.

Can anyone help me, please?
