Buttons BE PART OF US, FIND ALLIES and GET SUPPORT

Does anyone can indicate where the 3 buttons or tabs on the home page BE PART OF US, FIND ALLIES and GET SUPPORT are located? I can't find them although I checked the modules one by one, Any help will be much appreciated.
