Adding a Top Bar (for social icons, etc)

I am looking to add a top bar for things like social icons and phone number and similar on this template. I am an advanced user, just trying to see if there is an easy way to do this.

This kind of changes is a custom work beyond of our technical support. I can only suggest that you should add your top bar in the layouts/default.php file after the opening body tag. The final solution will depend from your needs - you can use a module position in this place or just place a static HTML code of the top bar.
