Move language bar to top

I cant seem to find the right module for my language select. I've used the module called lang which places my language select flags in the buttom. This kind a sucks because i really want the user to be able to choose between languages easy. Hence i'd like to place them right after my main menu. How is this done?

I can help you with this but I do not have the template installed anywhere so I would need admin access and possibly ftp if I need to create a new position
