CSS for the user submit in K2 is missing

When you allow users to submit articles to K2 the css on the popup and forms is incomplete or missing, are there any plans to fix this?

University Template to be clear.

dziudek, what's the best way to know when a GavickPro template has been updated with an such as the above? I'm using University v3.11.1 from June 4th 2014 and am curious if the missing CSS has been added.

Whenever I go to the templates and check the Updates tab, all I get is the following message, nothing else loads

Loading update data from GavickPro Update service...

The nearest update will be released probably today.
