How I can configure frontpage element INFORMATION FORM to receive the form data to my email address?

You need to use some external extension because by default Joomla don't have any feature to sending mail listing etc. We've prepared dedicated custom HTML code which you may use in your 3rd party extension but this form is for demo purpose only.
