University Module Positions

Forgive me if I'm wrong or missed something but it does not appear that the Joomla 3 University theme has a "topnav" or "mainmenu" module position as it stated on the module position chart.

It's mentioned here as well [url]https://www.gavick.com/documentation/joomla-templates/joomla-templates-configuration/university-configuration/

Is there a trick to having a new menu placed in either of these positions?

Hello,

The grey blocks means special template areas which are connected with the template settings not a module positions.

Hi,

In the documentation to the theme under point 18, a topnav position is mentioned. Please can someone help me to understand, where I can find it?

Many thanks

@roenen - it seems that this is a module which wasn't been removed from the base template used for the University theme.

:?:
Dziudek, does this mean we should delete the entire menu named Top nav (topnav) that is ID8? It contains 3 menu items, Orders list, My Account, Checkout all with # as External Link URL's. I just want to make sure nothing breaks by removing this so I appreciate the clarification.

@xristo - yes, you can remove this module - it is not used in the University template.
