Link rollover colour not working

When I use a module suffix, the rollover colour for links appears to stop working.

Any suggestions?

In which module exactly (could you please create a screenshot and mark those elements on it?)

I will get back to you. Switching modules around, so not sure which ones don't work at the moment.
