Here is the separate post but i think that by closing the previous case this can be closed too...

Hi all,

I also started to play with the template and the first thing I tried was to incorporate a 2 language site (English/Greek). I started by using the quickstart package. When I save each article as Greek the format in the first page breaks and only the title appears. If I change it back to All (as the default value was) the item remain broken (!!!!???). Could you please point us on where the formating for those elements exist? (Can't point you to a site - I'm testing on xamp right now).

Kind regards,

Do you use WYSIWYG editor like tinyMCE? Probably when you save article the code is 'clean up' and some area is removed. Please switch your editor in global Joomla settings to noEditor or try to disable all filters » How to disable HTML filters in Joomla and editors – GavickPro Documentation

Hi all,

The option to disable the editor altogether cannot happen. Iuse JCE. I read the article on HTML filtering and although the info on JCE are outdated it points to the right direction. I went and disabled the HTML validation in JCE although it has an option to use HTML5 specs for validation and now the articles are saved unaffected. Thanks for the info bkrztuk.

I think that the best way is to change editor while you are editing this items and then come back to JCE. It is a problem with the plugin that the HTML5 code is removed.
