Header Background Image Disappeared

Please help. My Header Background Image has disappeared throughout my website with exception of my home page... Not sure what exactly happened but I certainly need help getting it back to normal.

Another random page (not working right) - When you scroll over the menu area, you'll see the menu is not affected (except that you can't see it without scrolling over it) http://www.financialhealth.co/index.php/retire-smarter/secure-retirement-income

You have modified body declaration which is now pointing to this file:
gk_university/images/modernbg.png
which simply doesn't exist.

So how do I fix this? I'm kind lost on it.

Either bring back original declaration or place the file you have specified in css.
