University - News GK5 displaying only title,column menu,

Hello, i have some problems with University Joomla template, i can't find solutution for this things:

how to configure menu to display in few columns ? I mean sub menu in main menu. If i have a long list of submenu positions i want to display them in 3 columns, like in demo template,

Second problem that i have, is News Show Pro GK5 module, I can't get date and other custom fields (extra fields) for events in header_left position module. DO i need any extra module for displaying events???
I atachted printscreen , I get only Title from specific category.

I configured module step by step from your Documentation.

And there is no module position like: inset.....
