Updated theme and translation PRODUCT DETAILST

Hello, I have 2 questions. I have installed version 1.4, I installed the quicstart, at this moment I see that appeared in version 1.5, which the package to download? gk_storefront.zip? How to properly update the theme?
The second question concerns the translation of the phrase "PRODUCT DETAILST" in the store where it can be done? Thank you and best regards

If you didn't change theme files, it's enough to download gk_storefront.zip package and replace wpc-content/themes/StoreFront directory. First of all please do a full backup. More information may be found here:

Regarding the "Product details" where exactly this phrase is placed?

on every page in the store:

Please, a tip how to translate "READ MORE" on the home page, "Product Detailst" at the store, and "Quantity" and "Price" on the product page. I would like to make it in Polish.

"read more" on the frontpage is from GK NSP plugin - please translate this plugin.

"product details" comes from StoreFront/gavern/wc-functions.php file.
"Price:" from StoreFront/woocommerce/single-product/price.php
"Quantity" is placed in StoreFront/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/simple.php

all phrases are included in language/Storefront.pot file, so it's enough to translate the theme:

Featured

"Item" and "View your shopping cart" are placed in StoreFront/header.php and StoreFront/gavern/wc-functions.php files and also in pot language file.
