Cart keeps 'Loading' after update

I just update my live webshop to all latest versions. But now the cart isn't working anymore and keeps saying 'Loading'. Entering the cart isn't working anymore.

Reading other topics it could be related to Ajax, admintools and/or the htaccess file. On my local machine, where I have updated the webshop first, there is no problem with cart. Also running admin tools. But not running a htaccess file. But I can't figure out what the problem is.

Disbale admin tools, or even uninstalling it, didn't fixed the problem.
I tried editing the WAF visual printing by editing "ist of allowed tmpl= keywords" to "component,system,raw,cart,iframe,json,ajax", but that didn't the trick.
I also used a cleaner htaccess file, but that also didn't help.
