Hello,

I created a website for my latest project using the Storefront template. However, everything works fine up until the point of confirming the order and being transferred over to Paypal to checkout. My clients are receiving an error message from Paypal. Error Message: Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later. Therefore, this message is not allowing my clients to pay and checkout properly. Clients do not have to sign in on the website to checkout. So, here is the process.

Link to website:
1) http://www.now-i-know-why.com
2) Order book, add to cart.
3) input Bill to information
4) confirm order
5) sent to paypal and then error message appears. (This is where the buck stops)

Your help will be greatly appreciated,
RJ

Hi

This looks to be a problem with PayPal plugin from Virtuemart. I would talk to VM support to fix this.

Anyway please make a small test and switch template to Protostar, which is the default joomla template and try to use it than. This will show if problem is not template related. Please let me know the result of this small test.

I tried it with the Prostar and it did not work. Can I submit this information privately for the FTP and Joomla Control Panel? When I tried to automatically upload the updated plugin through the Joomla control i received this error:

Error
Invalid extension update

Hi

You need to report this to VM support than. I'm not a VM expert so it would take me a long time to figure out what can be wrong.

Hi

Sorry I cannot help more. Will leave this thread open, so maybe someone will post a solution learned from VM forums.
