Virtuemart show baseprice with tax only if there is discount

Hello
i would like to show in product detail the baseprice with tax only if there is discount in the product or i have overright the final price.
I have managed to show the base price with tax red and with linethrough but it also shows even if i don't have a discount in the product and i have 2 similar prices

virtuemart 3.0.16
joomla 3.5.1
