Mootools error at selected chrome and firefox

I have a mootools error
ReferenceError: MooTools is not defined

at selected pcs not all.


As a result the tads module doesn't work and the product is not added to cart.

Which page I'll be able to see this problem exactly and what browser/version?

Have You tried changing module library to jQuery ?

It happens to the latest version of chrome and firefox.
How can i change the library to jquery? Is it at the template settings?

I would appreciate your help. The customer is not making the site live because of this issue

The issue happens to:
1. Google Chrome (Version 51.0.2704.79 m) and Firefox (47.0).
2. Go to the shop and select any product to add to cart -> the url will not proceed to the cart page but staying on the product page with the message on the page as ‘cart empty’ (screen shot attached)
3. I also notice the three tabs on the front page (‘featured’, ‘new products’ and ‘top rated’) do not work in these browser too (nothing happens when clicking them) not sure if they are related?

I think this problem may be connected with some extra plugin You use. I've just checked site with Firefox 47 and Chrome in even newer version and none of mentioned errors has happened.
