Checkout Link shows no 'COMPLETE ORDER' option

Not sure if this is a templating issue or Hikashop problem but when I add a product it takes me to the checkout page, which shows address options, delivery options, pay options and a COMPLETE ORDER button. However if I click on the 'checkout' option in the menu, or view the cart via user control panel there is no option to complete thes ethings or move the order on, can you advise?

Problem solved, I have it seems linked to the cart, rather than the checkout - dummy!
