STOREFRONT + HIKASHOP

Hi. I do have installed
the Quickstart on
Joomla! 3.5.1 Stable
Joomla Platform 13.1.0 Stable
PHP version is 5.3.29
Webserver Apache
and HikaShop Starter 2.6.2

The issue is that when I create a menu item to list all categories (list hikashop categories) then the category listing is created correctly, in the front end I can navigate correctly through the categories tree till the last child category, but the Products under the children categories are not displayed.

When I create a menu item to list Products (list hikashop products) of a specific category, then the products are displayed.

I would like to display the products in the first case as well, which means when I navigate through the Categories tree (list hikashop categories).

Hikashop suggests its the template I am using that is involved into no showing the Products.

Please could you provide me with any feedback on that and any possible solutions from your part if the issue is caused from the template?

Please try if products are visible if You rename /html/com_hikashop to /html/_com_hikashop and get back to me after this test.

Hi, I have renamed the pubhtml/components/com_hikashop to pubhtml/components/_com_hikashop and the website was unavailable after that.

I suppose this was the expected.

I have renamed to the correct as the website cannot be unavailable.

I have sent you the url on a message FRI APR 22, 2016.

You have renamed wrong folder. I meant /html/com_hikashop in template, not /components/com_hikashop. Anyway try replace /html/com_hikashop/category/listing.php with the one attached (I mean the file You will find in template's folder).
