Responsive menu not working on Tablets

Hello, it is not possible to use the responsive menu on tablets (Android and iPad) - the menu button works but it shows a very small dropdown (which when selected shows an awful menu structure). This button works OK on smaller devices (phones).

I've just updated my template to the latest version but it still has this problem.

Please help as this is affecting all tablet users and this represents the biggest users of the site.

Sorry, I must have set Your PM as seen by accident when You send it and now just found it's not answered. You are using some kind of 3rd party menu, it's not our code, so You should contact this module developer to look into this.

Other thing is that mobile menu code got populated by some script from other extension. If You are using our menu than please disable extensions adding bootstrap and chosen scripts.

I don't understand? I am just using the std joomla menu that came with the template? Can you tell me what the script was that activated the mobile menu so I can look into this further please. Thank you.

If You are using a standard menu than one of the 3rd party components is using scripts which breaks it. Please start unpublish module after module till You see menu working ok. The last unpublished module will be to blame and will need to be reconfigured/replaced.
