Duplicate choose same billing address option at shopping car

I have a problem, When I loggin in the store at the shopping cart, appear duplicate the option to choose the same shipping address that billing address.

Please switch to default joomla template to see if problem is connected with VM or our template. If issue will still be visible than contact VM support. If not than try rename /html/com_virtuemart/cart/default.php to /html/com_virtuemart/cart/_default.php

I install the template again and i began from scratch and every is ok. Thanks.
