Cart refresh problems with IE / Edge

Hi there,
is there a way to fix the problem with the non-updating cart in Edge and some versions of Internet Explorer?

We're using Virtue Mart here.

Hi

There is no errors in console, so I cannot tell why it's not working, but please try update template to the latest version and see if problem got fixed. If not than please send me an access to joomla panel and ftp.

I suspect it's because of cache, but I know there is a problem when Admin Tools are not configured correctly. If You are using this extension disable it for test.

Hi

we posted you the missing login data yesterday evening by PM. Did the login work now?

The customer is very upset - he's telling us, he's actually loosing customers / revenue because of the not working cart in IE/Edge.

Please be ensured we most appreciate your help. If there is anything else we can do / send you to optimize / ease the trouble shooting process, please let us know.

Hi

I haven't received this extra password. I got only one message from You in PM box. But I've send Your access to programmers just now so maybe they will be able to figure it out without it. Anyway I'm still waiting for this password to check configuration.

Hi

Ok, programmes replied and looks like You are using an old version of our template. Update it all, or just a file gk_storefront/js/gk.scripts.js since the fix for this problem is included there.
