Is Refund possible?

Hi,

I purchased last week the joomla template storefront. I installed and configured it.
I have many issues because of incompatibility with Jomsocial.
The cart doesn't work, the Add to cart button is not displaied in list views, the 2 column menu doesn't work, etc...

I asked for help last week, but nothing is fixed. no solution and sometimes no answer.

As I cannot use this template, is it possible to get back money please?
