I would like to use a finger swipe gesture on tablets or mobiles in order to navigate through ImageShow module?

Could this be done?

With current implementation no, but I'll post your request to our dev team, maybe in one of future releases .

Hmm... I actually checked that on our demo server and it works with swipping. The only thing is that it doesn't move the image left-right but fades next/previous one.
