adding module in menu

I tried to add module in the menu using GK Menu Extended Parameters But I get the menu title instead of the module. here is the link where I added a module to the menu in topnav position http://3dprinting.atoa.com .. I tried to add a module with position menu4 as it is in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/8r5g3c but I get the menu title in my front end . How to resolve this..
