Invalid Token, while trying to save user

Hi, there is a problem with the link that the user gets for account activation from Virtuemart registration. The account is not activated.

Since the last Virtuemart update, StoreFront template has some conflict, I think.
PayPal redirection does not work either.

Any advice, please?

Hi

Please switch to one of joomla default templates and test if this problem is happening there as well. Have You updated our template to the latest version ?

Yes, template and all components are updated. I tried with Beez template and account activation is not solved but PayPal redirecting is solved.

Hi

If the problem with activation is not working even in default template, than You will have to talk with VM support about it. I'm not a Virtuemart expert.

For the PayPal issue please send me an access to ftp.

Hi

Ok. I have just checked the PayPal issue and I'm getting a "Si el navegador no le redirige automáticamente, haga clic aquí" message when trying to purchase. So I think it's a correct behaviour. I made a one change in payment configuration thought. I set PayPal payment option to be used with all shopper groups.

I put that phrase to give better accessibility to customer. The component continues without redirecting. I hope that future updates solve it.

On the other hand, about the account activation, I read on internet that can be for VirtueMart override archives in the template. I do not get a solution anywhere. Can that be so?

Hi

Ok. I'm not VM expert so I do not know it was not a default feature. This redirection problem looks like a javascript conflict. Please try install Easy jQuery plugin and try to replace all libraries with other jQuery versions (this plugin allows selection of a library version). If overwritting will not help You will have to disable all 3rd party plugins and modules. Check if it works. If yes than start publishing this extensions one by one while checking when it will break. The last published before breaking will be to blame for this conflict.
